Swallowtail Caterpillar on Milk Parsley

A rare Swallowtail Caterpillar (Papilio machaon Britannicus) feeds on Milk Parsley at RSPB Strumpshaw Fen. I used a wide aperture to create the painterly effect to present this stage of the Swallowtails life cycle in a way not normally seen by the naked eye.
