Sore Paws

The Brown Hare is the fastest land mammal in the UK and can run at speeds of 40 mph. I’m not sure why it stopped to lick its front paw but I can only imagine that constantly running over rough terrain its feet must need regular care and attention. I converted to black and white to emphasise the texture of its fur and the harsh surface of the stone road on which it had been running.
