Inquisitive Seal Pup

Grey Seal Pup’s are naturally inquisitive and this can put them in danger especially when playing in the surf. Until they’ve malted their creamy white fur (laguno) they can become waterlogged, get swept out with the backwash and drown. I ‘ve often seen them in pools left by the retreating tide practicing for the day they will swim away from the beach. A much safer option!
