Battle Scars

A young Grey Seal Bull (Halichoerus grypus) bloody and exhausted takes a breather from the endless round of battles at Winterton Beach, Norfolk. I waited until he looked up to survey his territory and to make sure he wasn’t attracting the attention of another rival bull.
